Mr. Cavar began his martial arts career in November 1994 at our academy.  He received his black belt in January 1999 , his 2^nd Dan in February 2001, and was awarded his 3rd Dan in November 2007.  Mr. Cavar holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and is currently a residential counselor for children with emotional disabilities.  He is CPR certified and is trained in behavior modification. 

Mr. Cavar is a former student of the year for 1996.  In July 2005, Mr. Cavar started the family class on Saturday mornings at our academy to teach students of all ages and ranks.
