About Our Martial Arts School

We are committed to helping our students reach their full potential. We believe anyone can improve their body, mind and spirit through the power of martial arts. We offer karate, self defense and fitness classes for all ages and experience levels. Our dedicated and professional instructors will guide you every step of the way in a safe, friendly and controlled environment.

Beginner: 6:00pm-6:45pm
Advanced: 6:45pm-7:45pm

Adults (Ages 12 & up): Monday & Thursday 7:45pm-8:45pm

Homeschool (Ages 6 and Up).
Tuesday 10:00am-11:00am

Family: (Ages 6 and up):
Saturday 9:00am-10:30am
